Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in, your budget range and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. We record the page you submitted a form from, the referring page and campaign (UTM) parameters, your browser's user agent and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Analytics and advertising cookies. If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our own advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited and device type.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit and communicate with you about our services.

To send you a confirmation email and, where you've asked us to, follow-up communications. We never sell your information.

To keep the website secure, prevent spam and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery), and — if enabled — Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping — typically no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Spam-prevention records are deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us using the address below and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so won't stop you using the site.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
